How Domino Pro works

The Domino system consists of a transmitter and a receiver, equipped with state-of-the-art microphones.

How it works. Sound is picked up by the transmitter or receiver and converted into digital data. Speech is clarified and annoying background noise is eliminated. The sound is then streamed over an encrypted wireless radio link to the receiver. The receiver amplifies the sound and sends it to your headphones, earphones or hearing aids via a neckloop.

At work

Do you have trouble hearing what’s being said at meetings or seminars? When more than one person speak at the same time, the ability to hear what is being said can be negatively affected. Domino helps you to hear speech in a larger area and you can easily place a microphone near the sound source. For additional noise reduction and clearness of speech, just point the transmitters microphones to the person you want to hear and enable directional microphones from your receiver unit.

At school

Do you find it difficult to hear what your teacher is saying in class? Even if your teacher is far away, you can with Domino experience the sound as if she were sitting next to you. The digital radio transfers the sound from the lecture holder to you, noise free and with crisp and clear sound. If you want to communicate with you schoolmate beside you, simply enable the push to listen function to also pick up sound from your close environment.

In restaurants

Restaurants are places where people not only eat, but also spend time together. A lot of conversation together with music playing in the background can cause difficulties to follow conversations with your own party. Domino’s directional microphone strategy lowers the noise around you and focuses the sound so you can hear the wanted sounds and attend in the discussion with your friends at the table.

In your car

Travelling by car is one of the hardest sound environments to conduct a conversation in. Watching TV

Connect your Domino transmitter to the TV and sit back and enjoy perfect sound in full stereo. There is no longer a need to increase the volume on your TV, which may cause irritation from your partner or neighbours. When you want to discuss the film with your partner, you can easily mix the sound from the TV with the internal microphones on the receiver.
